Coach's Perspective:  Brendan is one of the most natural athletes ever to play in our program.  He has a drive and intensity rarely seen. He is one of the few athletes I've coached that might actually match my hardcore attitude. He is finally decided to spend more time on the tennis court vs the basketball court and the improvement is already evident.

Coach's Perspective:  Willie is one of the most natural talents I've ever coached.  He is returning to tournament tennis after a 2 year break and is just beginning to get comfortable playing matches and competing again.  He plays a very advanced game for a 13 yo.  He is a natural attacker who is comfortable up at net and understands the angles, positioning and openings in the court.  His advanced game will naturally take longer to gel. I expect him to start hitting his stride in the older divisions and beyond.

Career Highlights:  2012 Alameda Junior Open B14s 3rd Place; 2012 Alameda Jr Open Doubles Champion B14s; Played on the Burgos Tennis Summer League Boy's 18s Team. 2011 USTA Nor Cal Summer Camp Scholarship recipient; As a 10 yo, he won four USTA tournaments and was Top 10 in Nor Cal.

Coach's Perspective: I'm expecting Lani to continue to shoot up the rankings.  She was #189 when she first joined Burgos Tennis.  She is now #44.  This commitment to tennis will pay off. Her mental toughness and work ethic are what sets her apart.  She is one of the most coachable athletes I've worked with.
